Allan Katsock founded Katsock & Company, PLLC in early 2005 with the philosophy of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with his clients through consistent performance, and always keeping the client's best interests in mind.

Today, clients call on Allan not only for his expertise in tax management effectiveness, but also for his commitment to see the job through, for his problem solving skills and for being the trusted advisor they can't do without.  Allan and his team often handle high profile, sensitive information and transactions, and clients want the peace of mind that their tax accountant is committed and trustworthy.  Allan has built his business on this premise.

As a trusted advisor, Allan leverages technology to ensure compliance and critical efficiencies for his clients.  With extensive experience in providing tax consulting advice and counsel to public corporations, limited liability companies, small businesses, including start ups and individuals, Allan has helped various companies and individuals realize value and efficiencies in their tax process (see Business Scenarios).  He is responsible for the management and delivery of the firm's SEC clients' income tax reporting under FAS 109, and also consults with clients on state and local tax planning, tax credit and incentive programs and tax minimization planning.

Allan retains a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).  He has held various positions in regional public accounting firms and in private industry and is an active member of various professional, civic and charitable organizations.
